Our Breakfast Club (Sunrise Club) opens at 7:45am and pupils can arrive between the start time and 8:30am. There is no admission to Breakfast Club after 8:30am.

The morning gate opens for pupils at 8:40am and closes at 8:50am. Pupils walk directly to their classroom door and are met by their teacher. Pupils complete early morning work to help warm their brains up!

We have an act of collective worship (Mon-Thu) at 9:00am and pupils return to class to begin their first main lesson. On Friday, our collective worship is at 2:30pm when we celebrate the achievements of the week.

Phonics and guided reading sessions take place at 10:20am each morning.

Playtime for Yrs1-6 is at 10:45am each morning, and ends at 11:05am. Pupils can bring in fruit, a cereal bar, a carton of juice or water. We ring the bells at the end of playtime at 11:03am to ensure a prompt return to lessons.

Nursery have a slightly different arrangement for lunch, which is outlined here.

Lunch begins at 11:45am for reception class. Years 1 to 6 have lunch from 12:00pm until 1:00pm and are brought into the hall in ascending age order. All classes have a full hour for lunch (either a cooked school or packed lunch) and playtime.

Key Stage 1 have a 15-minute afternoon playtime between 2:00pm and 2:30pm, which offers teachers the flexibility around their lessons.

School ends for infants (nursery to Year 2) at 3:10pm and for juniors (Years 3-6) at 3:15pm.

We run and host a number of after-school clubs for children, all of which run from 3:20pm until 4:20pm. We also run a Twilight Club from 4:15pm until 5:45pm. These must all be pre-booked via the school office.
