As a school, we fundamentally believe in the importance of providing a fully inclusive curriculum for all of our pupils. This includes those with identified and possible special educational needs, additional needs and or disabilities. 

As a school, we have created a petition to ask the government to update the SEN Code of Practice, to acknowledge the numbers of pupils we support, but whose needs do not qualify for enhanced provision through an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP). We are also asking for funding to be provided throughout Early Years and Key Stage 1, to provide additional provision to help identify need and support pupils accordingly. (Currently, Early Years Inclusion Funding is only for pupils in the nursery).
